Troubleshooting
Can’t join a room
- Double‑check the room code from the host (multiplayer only).
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi‑Fi or cellular).
- If you were kicked or the room closed, ask the host to create a new room.
Game appears stuck
- Try exiting to the room and rejoining the game.
- Force close and relaunch the app.
- If the host left, another player may need to create a new room.
No sound or haptics
- Check system volume and mute switch.
- Verify in‑game settings if you previously muted effects.
Voice chat issues
- Connection: A stable internet speed of at least 5 Mbps is recommended to avoid audio lag or drops.
- Hardware: Verify your device's microphone and speakers are working correctly and aren't blocked or muffled.
- Permissions: Ensure Brink has microphone access in your device settings to speak; otherwise, you will join in listen-only mode.

Privacy & data
We only collect your display name for gameplay. In AI mode, the AI only evaluates your numerical choices, never your display name. We also collect performance and crash data that is not linked to you. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
